d. Replace drinking glasses and towe / that have been used by guests.
e. Do not move guest files or documents that are on the table or bed.
f. Complete the guest amenities in the guest bathroom.
g. Turn off the guest room lights after cleaning.
h. Record guest room check-out and check-out hours and items changed on the worksheet.
i. Ensure guest rooms are securely closed and locked.
